How much is standard shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $4.95 when the merchandise subtotal is under $10. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $10 or more receive free standard U.S. shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
When an expedited option is available, the additional charge is shown at checkout.
How quickly are orders handled?
Eligible business-day orders are handled the same day when they are ready before that day's carrier pickup. Orders placed after the carrier cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays move to the next business day.
Returns
What is your return window?
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery when it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.
Can opened fragrance be returned?
Opened, sprayed, or used fragrance is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, contact us for assistance.

Manufacturers sometimes update boxes, labels, or bottle presentation. Product packaging can therefore vary while the product itself remains the listed item.
