Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the VILOFAL online store and purchases made through our website. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced throughout the store.
Products and Availability
We work to keep product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate. Product packaging, labeling, or presentation may change when manufacturers update their products. Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
Pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description, or listing errors before an order is fulfilled.
Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be reviewed, canceled, or refunded when necessary due to inventory issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Payment
Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.
Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is:
- $4.95 when the merchandise subtotal is under $10.
- Free when the merchandise subtotal is $10 or more.
- Express shipping is $15 when available at checkout.
Eligible business-day orders may be handled the same day when they are ready before the applicable carrier pickup. Orders placed after carrier cutoff times, on weekends, or on holidays may move to the next business day.
Same-day handling does not mean same-day delivery. Carrier transit times may vary.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Opened, sprayed, tested, or used fragrance is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not apply when an item is damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially not as described.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
Product Use
Customers are responsible for using products according to manufacturer instructions and warnings. Product compatibility, setup requirements, and specifications should be reviewed before purchase.
Intellectual Property
VILOFAL website content, branding, graphics, text, and original materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except as permitted by law.
Brand names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Prohibited Use
You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, including attempts to interfere with store security, payment processing, or normal website operation.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VILOFAL is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
