30-Day Returns
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery when it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.
Fragrance Returns
Opened, sprayed, or used fragrance is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not apply when an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is materially not as described.
Return Instructions
Before sending a return, email vilofalshop@gmail.com with your order number so eligibility can be reviewed and return instructions can be provided.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the refund.
