Shipping Policy
U.S. Shipping
VILOFAL currently ships within the United States.
Standard shipping is:
- $4.95 when the merchandise subtotal is under $10
- Free when the merchandise subtotal is $10 or more
- Express shipping is $15 when available at checkout
Order Handling
Eligible business-day orders may be handled the same day when they are ready before the applicable carrier pickup time.
Orders placed after the carrier cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed the next business day.
Same-day handling does not mean same-day delivery.
Delivery time begins after the carrier accepts the package and may vary based on destination, shipping service, weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other conditions outside VILOFAL’s control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been processed for shipment.
Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has begun.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be missing an item, contact vilofalshop@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos when applicable.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier’s tracking information before contacting support.
Expedited Shipping
When Express shipping is available, the additional charge is shown at checkout. Selecting expedited shipping affects carrier transit speed; it does not guarantee same-day order processing or a specific delivery date unless explicitly stated.
